Our Associates

BREC Solutions operates through a network of trusted consultants and experts in various fields. We have a technology focus but experts in other fields and sectors are more than welcome to apply. Every new application is treated individually on its own merits. We also rate our consultants on speed of response, reliability and quality of work. We pay our associates and their remuneration is linked to their track record with us. We send out tenders for BREC Associates to resource our projects if we do not have in-house expertise.

Our working ethics

We operate a very transparent scheme of delivering projects. Our clients have a say in who delivers their projects and how. This means that we have to ask our associates to have:

  • strong work/research ethics
  • to be accountable for all results and conclusions
  • quick turnaround (we expect email response time shorter than 1 day)
  • a transparent approach to conflicts of interest (all conflicts should be reported immediately)
  • good communication skills (we often ask our teams to present findings themselves)
  • excellent ability to work as part of the team
    • If you think you can match the above with high academic or industrial expertise we would like to hear from you. Normally you would need a PhD degree or experience from a long industrial career to qualify.
